Our 2024 Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday 17th September 2023 at 7.30 p.m. The agenda for the night will be sent out a week before but the plan is to make this year a less formal affair. There will be a welcoming drink, a buffet and a chance to meet the committee and other club members.

Those who are unable to attend can complete the Form of Proxy (https://survey.zohopublic.eu/zs/QMC3zu) by 5pm Monday 16th September. This is to elect Club Officers, Committee Members and Section Chairs for next Season and we encourage ALL members to vote please.

The AGM is an opportunity for members to participate in ensuring that our Club continues its growth and development in the coming year and I look forward to connecting with you all on that Tuesday.
