They came, they giggled, and they stayed for tea.
On November 30th, 2024, we welcomed Bexley for a great morning of walking rugby. Bexley is used to playing on Astro, and not all of the team got the message about the wet Reigate clay. The stand-by forklift was wheeled out on more than one occasion.
Talk about finding your tribe. This visiting team was focused on playing the game while having a giggle. They were first-class guests, and we look forward to the return fixture in the Spring.
We have also requested to tour with them – first-class fun to be had.
We are a growing part of the club and welcome all comers to join us – particularly ladies, we are a mixed gender team!
Come down on Saturday mornings from 10:15 and join in.
