Saturday February 26th saw 8 talented Old Reigatian girls and boys proudly represent the club at an invite only England training squad at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Having already represented the Southeast, spent numerous Monday nights under the lights at OR’s honing their skills, our club represented the largest contingent of players from one club of the dozens across u15, u18 and u20 age groups.
All immersed themselves in a gruelling 6+ hours of drills and games with GPS tracking as they sought to be selected for England representative honours.

We are pleased to share that 6 of the 8 kids involved progressed to the next England Squad selection day on March 12th in Oxford. Sadly, on this occasion Louis & Luca didn’t make the cut but massive congratulations to all involved. A fantastic accolade and acknowledgment of your talents!
As a reminder mixed touch is run at the club on a Monday night from 19:15 and is available to all from the age of 14. Watch this space as we hope to introduce a Junior set up in due course.
