She will be there to help any <strong>Year 11, 12, or 13 girls or boys<\/strong> who have a match and need some strapping. She will also offer support to <strong>ALL<\/strong> juniors and girls who have matches. Please note that she won&#8217;t be on the pitch side but will be in the physio room. <\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Those players in <\/span><strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Years 11, 12 or 13<\/span><\/strong><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> can also request an assessment with Lydia. These are not full physio sessions but are to be used for:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Seeking advice if injured during training or a match<\/span><\/li><li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Confirming they are strapping an injury correctly<\/span><\/li><li><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Helping to &#8220;warm up&#8221; an injured area before going on the pitch<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Someone requiring complete physio treatment is still expected to obtain it outside the club, where they can get a full programme.<\/span><\/p><p><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">To book some time with <\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\">Lydia<\/span><span data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> please ask the child&#8217;s parent to complete the form below and then s<\/span><span style=\"font-style: inherit; font-weight: inherit; color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-family: var( --e-global-typography-text-font-family ), Sans-serif; text-align: var(--text-align); background-color: var(--ast-global-color-5);\">omeone will get back to them to confirm a time slot.<\/span><\/p><p><em>Due to time constraints, we cannot offer the assessments to anyone not in the school years mentioned above.
