There will be a welcome drink, a buffet, and an opportunity to meet the committee and other club members.<\/p><p>The 2024\/25 Annual Report and Accounts are available below.<\/p><p>Those who are unable to attend can complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/survey.zohopublic.eu\/zs\/NYCalZ\"><strong>Form of Proxy<\/strong><\/a> (<a href=\"https:\/\/survey.zohopublic.eu\/zs\/NYCalZ\">https:\/\/survey.zohopublic.eu\/zs\/NYCalZ<\/a>) by 5pm Monday 08th September. This is to elect Club Officers, Committee Members, and Section Chairs for the next Season, and we encourage all members to vote, please.<\/p><p>If you are unable to attend, please send your apologies to the\u00a0 Honorary Secretary (by email &#8211; <a href=\"mailto:secretary@oldreigatianrfc.com\">secretary@oldreigatianrfc.com<\/a>)<\/p><p>The AGM is an opportunity for members to participate in ensuring that our Club continues its growth and development in the coming year.
