- Lead on volunteer recruitment by planning on number of volunteers that will be needed over each year and deciding/implementing best method for recruitment.
- Work with club officers to develop a strategy which will support, encourage and thank volunteers regularly.
- Recognise and reward success by nominating volunteers for club, Constituent Body, RFU and/or external awards.
- Create a succession plan so that you always have volunteers ready and willing to step up or provide cover for key roles and events.
