The tournament will feature provincial sides from Leinster, Munster, Connacht, Ulster and IQ Rugby. IQ Rugby operates as a link between the IRFU High Performance Pathway, offering Irish Qualified (IQ) players from outside of Ireland an opportunity to progress towards playing for Ireland. Ella has progressed from starting out as an U12 player with ORRFC through to representing Surrey County at U16, U18 and Women’s level and recently the U18 England South East Player Development Group. As an U18 player Ella steps up again to U20 level to play for IQ in the Belfast tournament.
