Dear Member,
Please be advised that our Head of Senior Rugby, Richie Andrews, will be leaving the club at the end of the current season.
While it is always difficult to part company with someone who has invested so much into our rugby programme, after a challenging year the club feel now is the appropriate time to make changes as we look forward to the future and the 2026/27 season.
Since arriving in 2019, Richie has been a dedicated figurehead for the club. He oversaw our progress to Level 6 and enjoyed some great wins along the way. His passion for the game and commitment to the development of our players at all levels has been unwavering. We are incredibly grateful for the hard work, expertise, and leadership he has provided during his tenure.
We will now begin the process of identifying a successor to lead our rugby operations. We will provide a further update to the membership in due course.
We would like to thank Richie for his contribution to the club. He leaves with our very best wishes for his next chapter, and he will of course always be welcome at ORRFC.
