Private Functions

Charity fundraiser? Birthday celebration? Awards evening? Proms night? We have the space which is right for you. The main clubroom has a central bar, an area for a dance floor, decorative and coloured lighting, four large screens and a speaker system. Our capacity for a formal event (seated formal meal) is 120 guests whilst for an informal function we can comfortably accommodate up to 180 guests.

Please note: we do not offer private hire of the clubhouse on Saturdays and Sundays during the rugby season (September through April).

• Evening venue hire from £800 (19:00-23:30 – Club closes midnight).
• Daytime Clubroom hire (no bar) from £100 per hour.
• Venue hire is exclusive for the party host and can be tailored to your specific requirements.
