Saturday Old Reigatian 1st XV hosted second in the league Battersea Ironsides. Both teams had showed good form the previous week with Reigatian beating local rivals Cobham and Battersea beating top of the league Beckenham. So, everything looked set for a thrilling game at Park Lane.
