Our 2025 Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday,10th September 2025 at 7.30 p.m. The agenda for the night will be sent out a week before. There will be a welcome drink, a buffet, and an opportunity to meet the committee and other club members.

Those who are unable to attend can complete the Form of Proxy (https://survey.zohopublic.eu/zs/NYCalZ) by 5pm Monday 08th September. This is to elect Club Officers, Committee Members, and Section Chairs for the next Season, and we encourage all members to vote, please.
