Our 2026 Annual General Meeting will take place on Wednesday, 2nd September 2026 at 7.30 p.m. We will send the agenda a week before. There will be a welcome drink, a buffet, and an opportunity to meet the committee and other club members.

Those who are unable to attend can complete the Form of Proxy (https://survey.zohopublic.eu/zs/gkBaWX) by 5pm Monday 31st August. This is to elect Club Officers, Committee Members, and Section Chairs for the next Season, and we encourage all members to vote, please.
